Frequently asked questions
A team member is someone who can be added to a team, and be given access to all project or selected projects. They function similar to a collaborator but they do not need added to each project individually.
A collaborator is anyone who is invited to work within the created project. A collaborator DOES NOT need a paid account and cannot create new projects. A collaborator has full access to the project.
A guest is someone who joins the project via the comment-only link. A guest can leave comments in real-time but cannot access the kanban.
We are a small team and free plans don't create a good relationship between us and the user. We offer a 21-day free trial that gives you time to explore the product and see if it is the right fit before paying. We are focused on delivering a great product experience curated to our paying users needs.
